Shane Effgen
SS - 2025 - Seattle, WA
Uncommitted
Effgen had one of the stronger overall workouts on both sides of the ball. During his INF reps, he showed clean/fundamental movements to the baseball where his athleticism stood out. At the plate, it’s a short/compact swing from the left side. Noticeable barrel accuracy out front where he flashed some pullside power while also finding a couple line drives during live ABs.
Max Heinze
OF - 2025 - Tacoma, WA
Uncommitted
Heinze found himself near the top of a couple of leaderboards with his 2nd best 40-yd dash (4.79) and 2nd best OF velo (83 mph). During his OF workout, showed an athletic approach to the baseball where most of his throws were downhill accurate to the bag. At the plate, swing showed easy balance with some strength/quickness to the hands that supplied some decent impact to the pull side.
Caine Fahrni
SS - 2026 - Vancouver, BC CAN
Uncommitted
Fahrni was one of the bigger winners of the weekend. Showed strong defensive skill in the INF/C whether that was with his athletic footwork, clean glovework and arm strength that played across the diamond and on throwdowns to 2nd (1.87 POP). At the plate, it was a loud round of BP where it was a strong/quick turn of the barrel through on a good lengthy path that produced plenty of hard LDs/FBs. He then jumped on the mound and showed an easy quick arm where his fastball got up to 87 and mixed in a sharp/tight breaker in the mid 70s.
Lucas Miller
3B - 2026 - Bonney Lake, WA
Uncommitted
Miller put together one of the better defensive workouts, BP and pitching outings of the showcase. In the INF, showed light feet, clean/soft glovework and easy arm strength across (80 mph). At the plate, he displayed some quality gap-to-gap power due to some easy bat/hand speed within a balanced swing. On the mound, it’s a loose and live arm that gets into deep positions and shows above avg. armspeed to release. He ran his FB up to 83, and his CH and SL flashed good shapes.
Jasper Sarkany
LHP - 2026 - Maple Valley, WA
Uncommitted
Sarkany showed strong skill at the plate and on the mound. It’s a real simple and balanced stroke from the left side where the barrel worked on a level path through. During BP, he was on barrel throughout his round within a middle of the field approach. On the pitching side, it’s an easy and loose operation down the mound where he pounded the strike zone with a low 80s, T81 FB, and flashed an effective slurvy breaker and CH.
Will Kytta
RHP - 2026 - Tumwater, WA
Uncommitted
Kytta was another pitching and offensive standout this past weekend. At the plate, he showed strength and quickness to his hands that provided some decent impact off the barrel which played to all fields during his round of BP and flashed in-game with a loud pull side shot. On the mound, he produced several whiffs with his cut/carry FB and 12/6 breaker. He ran his fastball into the low 80s, T83 and his breaker worked in the upper 60s, T70.
Bergan Overall
LHP - 2026 - Meridian, ID
Uncommitted
Overall was one of the better LHPs of the group this past weekend. Real simple/easy mover down the mound, showing a shorter arm action that worked to a higher slot creating some steepness to his upper 70s fastball. His depthy CH stood out producing whiffs under barrels while also being able to land his slurvy upper 60s breaker for strikes. He also put together a solid BP round showing a simple and short LH swing that produced quality barrels through the middle of the field.
Jackson Williams
RHP - 2026 - Seatac, WA
Uncommitted
Williams was solid in all facets of his showcase workout on Sunday. Showed a live arm from the OF where he pulled down an event best 90 mph. That arm translated on the mound where he worked into the low 80s with his fastball while mixing in a quality short SL and depthy CH. Offensively, it was a simple low-effort stroke that found multiple LD barrels during batting practice.
Wesley Green
SS - 2026 - Anacortes, WA
Uncommitted
Green impressed in flashes on Sunday. He displayed his athleticism/speed with the best 40-yd dash of the group (4.58). Then it was his LH swing that showed good balance, rhythm while working on the barrel on a clean/linear path. In the INF, they are developing actions but flashed some easy arm strength across (82 mph).
Larson Kohlmann
C - 2026 - Sammamish, WA
Uncommitted
Kohlmann was one of the better catchers behind the plate and showed off a strong swing as well. During his catcher workout he popped a 2nd best 1.97 showing athleticism with his footwork and quick/compact exchanges. At the plate, flashed quality strength and bat speed where he lived on barrel and pounded line drives to all fields during his BP round.
Jake Miller
SS - 2027 - Puyallup, WA
Uncommitted
There was plenty to like throughout Miller’s showcase workout on Sunday. He ran the 5th best 40-yd of the group with a 4.85. Showed quality defensive INF actions, displaying good lateral movement/range, glove feel and arm strength across. At the plate, there was noticeable hand strength/speed that provided some decent bat speed and impact, producing hard contact through the middle of the field. Swing translated into live ABs with a hard LD barrel. Then on the mound, he filled up the zone with his mid 80s, T86 fastball.
Adrian Cardullo
RHP - 2027 - Corvallis, MT
Uncommitted
Cardullo was quite impressive on the mound during live ABs. Showed a clean/athletic operation down the mound with a quick arm that ran his fastball into the mid 80s, T87 that had good life through. Mixed in a sharp mid 70s SL (~2300) that produced some buckle/whiff and quality CH as well.
Alex Alstrom
RHP - 2027 - Kent, WA
Uncommitted
Alstrom was a solid workout performer but showed his best upside on the mound. It’s a projectable 6-1/160 frame that moves within a deceptive operation down the mound. Shows a shorter/quick arm action with some crossfire. He ran his fastball up into the upper 70s, T80 and his CB and SL both flashed quality potential.
Brody Newbery
SS - 2027 - Boise, ID
Uncommitted
Newberry showed well both defensively and offensively. During his INF workout, showed developing actions but flashed some athletic footwork and an accurate arm across (80 mph). Also displayed a pretty RH swing where he turns the barrel well on a on-plane path with length through the middle of the field.
Ledger Downs
SS - 2027 - Nampa, ID
Uncommitted
Downs showed off one of the better swings of the showcase last weekend. Works in smooth rhythm while throwing the barrel on a level path which produced a majority of line drive barrels during his BP round. Also ran a solid 4.98 40-yd dash and showed fundamental defensive actions in the INF.
Jack Meimann
RHP - 2027 - Boise, ID
Uncommitted
Meimann was one of the harder throwing ‘27s this past weekend. Has a very projectable 6-foot-3 155 pound frame. Was exclusively from the stretch, worked fast and showed good repeatability to his delivery. He ran his FB up to 82, and showed a strong CH he killed spin on while maintaining the same armspeed as his FB.
