Fellows has one of the more unusual deliveries among top prospects in the 2016 class with a full back turn and a mid three-quarters arm slot coming through. That deception makes his raw stuff play up even more, including an 89-92 mph fastball that will occasionally top out at 94 mph, plus his go-to pitch, a sharp-breaking low-80s slider. Fellows has also shown an advanced ability to pound the strike zone with all his pitches and work ahead in counts.
