Gavin McKnight is a 2024 C/RHP/3B with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Shady Shores, TX who attends Ryan. Medium sturdy build. In the infield, preps well into athletic lateral mobility. Funnels well especially up the middle. Clean arm action with quality carry across the diamond. Behind the plate, quick footwork and exchanges into a a from ear release. Very accurate at times. Curveball features healthy 11-5 shape, landed it frequently but also could bury it to get late count whiffs. Feel to pitch stands out. 7.36 60-yard. Outstanding student. Named to the Top Prospect list.
