Ryan Moran is a 2024 1B/RHP with a 6-5 190 lb. frame from Edmonds, WA who attends North Creek. Features a really tall, lean, projectable frame with plenty of room to add in the future. On the mound he works out of a stretch only operation with long arm and three-quarters release. Slight show in the back. Fastball plays heavy thru the glove. Athletic mover, gets solid extension down the hill. Maintains the stack and fires the hip hard. Curveball is quick with late depth to it. At first base he showed proper footwork and glove mechanics. Accurate double play feeds with a strong arm. At the plate he has a wide base with a slightly open stance and a toe tap trigger. He keeps his hands low and stays compact. Really solid extension into contact and found a bunch of barrels. Strength throughout the swing with an all fields approach with intent. He is an excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
