Tyler Pechetti is a 2023 RHP/1B, UT with a 5-11 200 lb. frame from San Carlos, CA who attends Carlmont. On the mound, he's big physical presence with size to both halves. He operates out the the stretch exclusively with short quick arm action and three-quarters slot. The fastball showed quality arm side run in on the hands of right handed batters and the breaker showed 8-4 sliding break. He occasional mixes in some depthyness to it which was also effective. The third offering was a spin killer changeup with subtle arm side fade. In the infield, the feet are a bit heavy but gets to the spot in time. The release is slingshot style generating decent carrying accuracy on throws across. At the dish, he sets up with wide spread base and hands high. The bat path is direct with exaggerated finish. The strength allows for balls to be driven hard to the pull side. 7.82 60-yard.
