Keenan Anzai is a 2024 MIF/RHP with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Trabuco Canyon, CA who attends Mission Viejo. Slender young athletic build with lots of room to fill out and get stronger. 7.24 runner in the sixty. Moves well laterally on defense in the middle infield, glides to the ball well and stays balanced with good hands, shows good timing in his transitions and footwork, good arm with some carry across the field. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight and spread stance with a deep hand load, gets loaded to his backs die and tends to stay there, short line drive swing, can make adjustments to get through his front side and extend better. Also pitched, has a compact arm action in back and a high 3/4's arm slot with some upper body tilt through release. Fastball worked in the mid-70's and topped out at 77 mph, mostly straight. Also threw an 11/5 curveball that flashed some depth, threw strikes with both pitches. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
