2024 South High School All-State Games (Invite Only)
Jake Felsman is a 2026 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Frisco, TX who attends Prestonwood Christian Academy. Primary SS with a compact medium sized frame with evident strength. Moves to the ball well with good lateral range and quick feet. Works around it well with a clean slot change and gets it out quick. Showed shorter arm action from a quick transfer and release. Was up to 80 from the infield and ran a 7.59 sixty. Right-handed hitter with a balanced base. Hands start in a good place and rear back on the load. Showed good ability to really impact it when on plane especially to pull. Will need to be more consistent with his bat path but has the ability to get on plane. Also pitched throwing from a standard 3/4 slot with shorter arm action. Fastball worked up to 76 and was located well within the zone. Went to a short and tight slider as well. uses a standard sidestep delivery into a belt-high leg lift and repeats his delivery well. Good Student.
