Christopher Galasso is a 2024 SS/2B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Matawan, NJ who attends Matawan Reg. Medium, high waisted frame with square shoulders and plenty of room to add strength. Recorded a 5.26 second forty-yard dash time. Primary infielder with smooth, clean actions into and throughout the fielding process. Displayed plenty of lateral range to either side, a clean funnel and the ability to make the throw on the run. Recorded arm strength up to 80 mph across the diamond during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from an even base with a high, pushed hand set and leg lift trigger. Contact oriented stroke with elongated, slightly lofted swing path and developing bat-to-ball skills. Developing feel for the barrel with occasional impact when on-time and in-sync, projects moving forward with additional strength. Solid overall defensive skills with developing offensive profile that will continue to improve with refinements mechanically and physical maturity. Excellent Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
