2022 13U/14U Summer Gulf Coast Showcase (Tues-Wed)
Isaiah McKenzie is a 2025 SS/RHP, C, OF with a 5-6 136 lb. frame from Lafayette, GA who attends Chattanooga Christian. Showed above average speed with a 6.93 second sixty. Primary short stop with a smaller athletic build. Fields the ball deeper on the body in the infield with a clean funnel to the mid line as the feet work quickly through the actions getting the ball out quickly with good carry and arm strength across. Showed an abbreviated arm action on the mound with a fastball that got up to 80 mph while sitting in the upper 70's. Repeats the delivery at a high rate with enough strikes while also mixing in a mid 60's breaking ball with 12-6 shape as he stays on top and through the pitch. Right-handed hitter, uses a hanging leg lift trigger to time things up with big intent to the swing showing some loft to the bat path. Was able to hit the ball to all fields when he gets on plane early enough with more power to come as the lower half gets synced up with the upper half. Named to the 2022 13U/14U Summer Gulf Coast Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
