Lenny Cline is a 2025 C/RHP, 1B, IF, OF, UT with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Kenner, LA who attends Archbishop Rummel. Lenny Ran a 7.30 Sixty Yard Dash. He has a slender medium athletic build with plenty more strength still to be put on. Primary catcher he stays low behind the plate for an even feet. Cline works with a short arm action and good footwork on throw downs with very accurate throws. He showed a ton of athleticism and quick actions behind the plate. He also worked out in the infield and showed quickness to the feet while catching the ball cleanly. With smooth glove to hand transfers he came from a lower arm slot across the infield and was very accurate with the throws. Right handed pitcher as well he works with a chest high leg lift with a quick compact delivery and a clean high 3/4s arm stroke. He moves down the slope well as he creates and extension out in front and repeats the movements well. Fastball worked consistently in the low 80s with late arm side run through the zone. He drops his arm slot a bit on a low 70s breaking ball with tight two plane break to it that he commanded well. In the box he starts with a wide even foot base with a low to mid leg lift. Lenny has some speed in the swing with plenty of strength in the hands. He works a gap to gap approach with his strength working to the pull side. Cline was named to the 2022 Deep South Prospect Showcase Top Team List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
