Nolan Milanowski is a 2024 OF/LHP, 1B with a 5-11 135 lb. frame from Waxhaw, NC who attends Marvin Ridge. Recorded a 7.40-second 60-yard dash time. Long, lean frame with tons of room to fill throughout his build. Primary outfielder, long strides to the ball, fielding off the side. Long arm action with developing arm strength, throws up to 69 mph. Could carry his momentum through his throws more, getting more carry on his throws. Primary left-handed pitcher, worked with. full windup with a high coiled leg lift that he repeated well. Used his long limbs to stride down the mound, creating some arm side run on his fastball. Up to 67 mph on his fastball from a higher 3/4 arm slot. Developing feel for curveball that he worked around the zone. Left-handed hitter, wide, even stance with a high-hand set. Line-drive swing plane that showed impact through the middle of the field. Flashed some feel for the barrel as he was able to spray the ball to all fields. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
