Amos Aguilera is a 2026 1B/ with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Bloomington, CA. He has a tall frame with a lanky build and plenty of room to add more muscle and strength. Primary first baseman that has solid footwork in fielding the ball and around the base. He was consistently in the proper fielding position and showed soft hands with a good feel for the glove. He throws with a short arm action and could add velocity to his throws by working through the target more. Right-handed hitter that starts in an athletic stance that is slightly open. He uses a small leg lift trigger for timing. He has a rotational swing and a slightly downhill swing patch. He has strong hands which allow him to power balls into the gap. He could add even more power by loading his hands and working through the ball more. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
