Nolan Cernosek is a 2026 1B/RHP with a 6-4 170 lb. frame from New Braunfels, TX who attends New Braunfels. Extra long and lanky build with tons of room and time to fill in and get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a high back elbow load with a lift and replace front foot load, long and loose swing, best when he's getting extended out front, ball comes off the barrel well with plenty of future power potential, swung it better in games than BP with a more aggressive approach. 8.41 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, developing his footwork, tends to field to the size, has good arm strength for the position. Took a turn on the mound, drop and drive mechanics with a compact 3/4's arm action, loses his height and leverage advantages with these mechanics. Fastball topped out at 74 mph with good sinking life down in the zone, primary fastball pitcher who only flashed a soft curveball. Big young athlete with some potential. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
