Dex Pudduck is a 2025 OF with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Seattle, WA who attends West Seattle. Features a medium-sized athletic build with room to add. Ran a 6.67 60-yd dash. In the OF, showed developing actions. Starts low to the ground with posture but glove turned over late at times causing a couple misplayed GBs. Works with avg. quickness/pace but shows light feet that maintain momentum through reception. Works to a fast release where arm showed a longer stab out the glove and got off throws with below avg. strength but were 1-2 hop accurate to the bag. At the plate, sets up in a narrow/upright stance. Higher set hands and uses a leg lift trigger. Hands takeback into a slight armbar. Upperhalf gets stuck a bit on the backside. Barrel turns under creating an uphill path to contact. Some inconsistent results at deeper contact points but created some quality loft and impact to the pullside when he caught it out front. Flashes of above avg. bat/hand speed for his level. Named to Top Prospects List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
