Carter Danz is a 2024 OF/LHP, 1B with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Newport Beach, CA who attends Corona Del Mar. Features a long, lean, projectable frame. Showed athleticism in the outfield with proper footwork and glove mechanics working out front. Has a downhill release with one hop accuracy hitting 90 miles per hour. Could stay in centerfield longterm. At first base, again the athleticism jumps out with quick lateral movements. Has a quick, accurate arm with throws on the bag consistently. At the plate he has a medium base with a coiling load. Shows good rhythm, staying connected with solid lower half usage. Solid bat speed with big time strength. Ran a 7.41 sixty-yard dash. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
