2024 WWBA Workout Showcase (June 21)
Keegan Cusick is a 2025 1B/3B with a 6-0 215 lb. frame from Altamonte Springs, FL who attends Lyman. Strong, sturdy build with present strength and developing overall athleticism with plenty of projection. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.64 seconds. Primary position corner infielder, securing the ball with nice hands, showing familiarity with angles and feel for what he's doing around the bag at 1B. Deep funnel into midline transfer using full arm path to generate throws up to 81 mph across the diamond. Changed arm angles when necessary on plays and put the ball on the bag with feeds. RHH working from an even stance, using an early toe tap trigger and lower handset pre-pitch. Gets some length in the front arm on his load but the hands really work. Strong at contact with some violent whip of the barrel to impact, getting the ball in the air with relative ease. Pull side juice and when he gets some rhythm and is on time the hit tool is evident. Very good student as well.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
