Displayed a sound approach with body control throughout. Stays low through the catchpoint. Clean glove actions catch it consistently. Quick release produces accurate throws. Reached 83 mph during workouts. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes a simple swing with a toe tap timing mechanism. Swings on a linear path with hands speed present. Has strength at contact. Approach consistently sprays hard hit line drives gap to gap. Left-handed pitcher. Stays under control down the mound using tall and fall mechanics. Throws from a high 3/4 slot with a short arm action. Fastball sat 76-80 mph (2305 rpm with slight cut action. Looks to attack the zone early in counts. Slider at 67-70 mph (2335 rpm) showed tight, tilting action. Can create late bite and get chase swings. Very good student. Named to the Southwest Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
