Jonathan Hernandez-Carr is a 2026 C/OF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Naples, FL who attends Barron Collier. Slender young athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. 7.64 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, sets up in a one knee down stance, gains ground well into his throws and stays on line, compact arm stroke, makes accurate throws with one hop accuracy. Also worked out in the outfield and showed lots of energy and was aggressive through the ball, arm worked well from the outfield from an over the top release, made accurate throws, graded out higher in the outfield than behind the plate. Right handed hitter, has a clean and well timed shift into contact, has heavy hands and some ability to impact the ball, matches plane to the ball well and can make swing adjustments, best to the pull side, projects well as a hitter. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
