Tysen Wilson is a 2025 1B/RHP/OF with a 6-3 165 lb. frame from Frisco, TX who attends Independence. Large frame with a lean and projectable build. Ran a 7.15 second 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman, loose actions and receives it well, able to adjust and pick the ball, works through it well, short arm action to release with developing arm action but fields the position. Righthanded hitter, short hands-based swing, stays on the back side a bit and triggers later, has strength in the hands but a bit inconsistent in getting to it. Will project to more pop as he gets separated and more consistent with the barrel. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
