Brandon Sieben is a 2025 OF/RHP with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Morton, IL who attends Morton High School. Recorded a 6.79 second sixty yard dash time. Long and lanky build with room to fill. Primary outfielder, fields out front with two hands. Short crow-hop into the throw and has some zip to the ball. Right-handed pitcher works from a chest-high leg kick with a shorter stride down the mound with a good uncoiling to fire hips and bring the arm through from a three- quarter arm slot. The fastball (2174 RPM) was upper 70s and topped out at 82 with riding life and played up in the zone. Can throw the fastball by hitters. Also showed a cut fastball that was mid 70s (1901 RPM) in his third inning of work. The slider (2353 RPM) has distinct two-plane break and tighter spin. Didn't get a ton of swings on the slider but has some out-pitch characteristics. Mixed locations well with the pitches and threw the slider late in counts. Locating the slider low and away out of the zone with feel to spin. Most successful when working low in the zone. Right-handed hitter starts from a narrow base and square stance, utilizes a leg lift trigger. Swings uphill with above average bat speed. Up-the-middle approach. Flashes some connectivity to the swing. Exciting player with a high ceiling as he competes more in the strike zone. Good student. Named to the Central Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
