Dominic Voegele is a 2023 SS/RHP with a 6-2 176 lb. frame from Columbia, IL who attends Columbia. Primary shortstop with a taller frame and lean build that recorded a 6.85 second 60-yard dash time. Smooth actions moving around the dirt with solid lateral range and projectable athleticism. Medium arm circle on throws with carry across the diamond at 82 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher with a clean and online delivery getting down the slope. Long arm action with fastball up to 89 mph and plus 12/6 curveball with depth and bite. Lots of arm speed with a clean and simple operation with a projectable frame to add more. Right-handed hitter with an open and upright stance and leg-lift trigger stride. Middle-field approach with minimal hand load into contact with slight barrel loft through the zone. Uses the entire field with some barrel control in the box and room for more impact from projectable frame. Good student. Named to the 2022 Perfect Game National Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
