Mason Cook is a 2022 C/3B with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Farmington, UT who attends Farmington. Medium athletic build with some present strength and room for more. 7.59 runner in the sixty. Sets up low behind the plate and settles into his hips well, has a quick exchange and release on his throws, good fundamentals receiving and blocking, has some polish to his actions defensively. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight spread stance, has a loose and extended swing with some bat speed, showed an accurate barrel in games with solid mid field to pull side contact, uses his hands well to drive his swing. Solid all around player with good skills. Excellent student.
