David Reyes is a 2025 RHP/3B with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Mission, TX. Ran a 8.52 60 yard dash. Medium build on the mound with sloped shoulders. Rhythmic semi-wind up with a medium leg lift and a short online stride. Comes at hitters from an overhand slot. His fastball was up to 70 MPH and located the pitch well. He throws a curveball that has deep 11/5 shape and generated some swings out of the zone on it. Good glove in the field and has good arm strength for third base. At the plate, has a simple set up with a toe tap timing mechanism. Good bat speed and uses the whole field well. Excellent student in the classroom and plays the game with a lot of energy.
