Andrew Costanzo is a 2026 RHP/3B with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Carlsbad, CA who attends Maranatha Christian Schools. Large, athletic frame with present strength proportioned throughout. Ran an 8.07 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, full windup on the mound with a shorter arm action through the backside working to a three-quarters release point. Efficient outing and filled the strike zone consistently, fastball topped out at 79 mph and maintained velocity, keeps front side closed coming down the mound and turned over a changeup well at 74 mph with low spin rates. Moves well around the dirt and controls frame well, shows lateral actions that will play well at third base, arm strength plays across the diamond with carry. Right-handed hitter, begins with a narrow base and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate, utilizes a subtle shift moving into contact. Strength plays in hands and works on a linear path through the zone, occasionally gets to front side early but shows nice jump off of the barrel when squared up. Very good student. Named to the 14u Main Event Top Prospect List.
