Jacob Scheiderer is a 2027 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Orange, TX who attends Little Cypress-Mauriceville. Medium frame with compact build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.06 seconds. Hits from even-based stance with leg lift trigger, turns the barrel and attacks the baseball out front, has rhythm to operation and accelerates hands well, solid young hitting tools. Primary outfielder, fields off of front foot, shorter arm stroke through the back, casual pace to actions, clocked up to 80 mph on throws. Took 1B reps and threw 79 mph across. Also pitched, works from stretch, high 3/4 slot, fastball worked 70-71 mph and peaked at 74 mph, showed curveball with gradual depth, flashed a changeup, threw strikes middle-middle.
