Alex Fiore is a 2027 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Marlboro, NJ who attends Christian Brothers Academy. Medium athletic build with the beginnings of some present strength. 7.45 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, has nice actions through the ball and has athletic bounce in his step, compact arm action from a high 3/4's arm slot, has some present arm strength with more to come, natural outfield actions. Right handed hitter, has a steep uphill swing after a simple move into contact, has some bat speed with good extension through contact, got the barrel out consistently and made solid contact. Left handed thrower on the mound, works from the stretch with a crossfire delivery and a low 3/4's arm slot, pretty low effort operation, has deception to his mechanics. Fastball worked mostly in the upper 70's and topped out at 81 mph, got some swing/miss on his fastball but can be more consistent in the strike zone. Also threw a slow seeping curveball. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
