Cayman Sanchez is a 2026 SS/RHP/C with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from Holladay, UT who attends Olympus. Lean young build. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a big leg pull back load, has strong hands for his size and fires them well, dominant top hand, lots of pull/top spin contact, projectable hitting tools. 7.12 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, has easy gliding actions through the ball, stays low and works his lower half well, compact arm action, stays balanced well. Also catches, has good footwork behind the plate and the athleticism to keep improving at that position. Took a turn on the mound, has good tempo to his delivery with easy mechanics. Fastball topped out at 81 mph with good life, also showed good shape to a soft curveball, threw strikes with both pitches.
