Jackson Leggett-Walford is a 2024 LHP/OF with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Clearwater, FL who attends Palm Harbor University. Medium frame with a lean and athletic build. Ran a 7.75 second 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher, mechanically sound delivery with good intent and pieces to build on; hides the arm well in the back and works through a clean three-quarters slot and shows solid arm speed to project velocity on. Up to 80 mph with the fastball showing confidence in it and good life to the top of the zone, missed bats with it and mixed a pair of secondaries confidently. Breaking ball showed some hammer bite at times getting swing and miss while landing it very often; changeup flashed tons of arm side fade getting swing and miss as well. Good student. Named to 2022 National Underclass East Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
