Ryder Sepulvado is a 2029 SS/RHP, C, 1B, 3B, OF with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Lufkin, TX who attends Lufkin. Slender, medium build. Ran a 8.47 in the sixty. Showed good promise in outfield and infield drills. Works through the leather well, shorter arm slot. Good intent out of the hand and subtle carry. Athletic look and ranged up the middle. Solid backhand on the dirt too. Arm showed. Also pitched, high leg lift into a standard three-quarter slot with some drop and drive finish. Repeats it well and was around the zone. Can develop more direction. Good pace and strikes in his outing. Right-handed hitter, high hand set from wider base and barrel wrapped at start. Gets extended a bit out front from an inside-out swing path. Good intent the other way and has some strength to the hands. Lots to like at the age. Named to Top Prospect list.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
