LATEST PG SHOWCASE REPORT
2023 National Southeast Showcase
Sebastien Walsh is a 2026 LHP/1B with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Alpharetta, GA who attends Denmark. Tall, athletic and high waisted prospect with long levers to pair; has real physical projection remaining as a '26 graduate. Ran a 7.51 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher, stretch only delivery, hands come set at thhe belt, belt high lift, works from the tird base side of the rubber with a full arm swing in the back to a higher slot release, downhill angle, shorter breaker he can land comfortably too, really solid overall outlook here as a southpaw with current stuff and body. Secondary first baseman, moves around the bag well fo size, feel for the leather present and has a quick release on throws, changed slots some, very competent at first as well which adds some positional versatiity to the package. Left-handed hitter, wide base with small knee lift trigger stridem rotational upper half, tendency to get a tad bit disconnected at impact, compact swing, will improve with more lower half engagement. Promising prospect here with real ability in multiple facets of the game, very projectable body. Named to the 2023 National Southeast Showcase Top Prospect List.
