Chase Clatur is a 2024 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Nolensville, TN who attends Nolensville. Long and lean young build. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight narrow stance with a short stride into contact, has good hand quickness and showed the ability to pull them in well and make barrel adjustments, turns hard on the ball and showed some ability to drive it to the pull side, very accurate barrel in the games and squared up everything, projects well as a hitter as he fills in and gets stronger. 7.50 runner in the sixty. Has good hands on defense in the infield and has a feel for his glove, quick exchange and makes accurate throws, can improve his lower half agility and quickness. Also pitched, hand drop delivery to a compact 3/4's arm action, hides the ball well, arm is quick and loose out front with good extension. Consistent upper 70's fastball, gets good running action down in the zone, slurve type breaking ball. Fastball velocity projects very well with added strength. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
