Jack Heffernan is a 2024 1B with a 6-3 210 lb. frame from Palos Park, IL who attends Brother Rice. Big and strong build, stands out physically. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a short and compact swing for his size, can get downhill at times, showed the ability to get some jump off the barrel to the pull side and to mid field, has the strength and barrel control to continue to improve as a hitter with repetitions and developing athleticism. 8.20 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, was comfortable moving to the ball, fielded the ball cleanly with balanced step by step actions. Bat is his tool. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
