Kyle Winter is a 2024 RHP/3B/IF/UT with a 5-9 168 lb. frame from Shirley, NY who attends William Floyd. Winter works from a medium durable build with strength present throughout. As a primary RHP, he displayed a controlled operation and repeated well to dot both corners for strikes. Released from a 3/4 slot with present arm speed up to 81 mph on the FB. Flashed ability to land the breaker with developing spin profile at 1785 rpm. Sequenced well and recorded outs efficiently. From the OF, Winter worked through the baseball well with active footwork, topping out at 76 mph. He made plays asked of him from the IF and attempted to change slots on the run, touching 78 mph across the diamond. Offensively, the righty started from a closed stance with a compact hand set and leg lift trigger to produce contact to the opposite field. He had looseness to the stroke with further room to incorporate the lower half. Posted an exit velo of 82 mph. Ran a 7.07 sixty yard dash. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
