Declan Glass is a 2026 OF/LHP with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Jamison, PA who attends Plumstead Christian. Medium, square shouldered frame with some present strength and additional room to develop moving forward. Ran a 7.39 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, remains low on the approach with short steps to the ball, works across body from a lower slot, can implement additional lower half into release, fields the ball out front, shows some present strength on throws. Also pitched, big side step moving into delivery with a slight hitch at the top, works to an extended three-quarters release point. Fastball topped out at 78 mph and settled in throughout outing with short tailing life that can get in on left handed hitter's hands. Inconsistent release early, can implement additional extension coming down the mound. Shows feel for landing curveball and went to it frequently with confidence, up to 70 mph with occasional slurve shape. Left-handed hitter, begins with a spread stance and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate with hands away from body. Pre-pitch movement, works on a linear path through the zone, occasionally gets uphill looking to lift. Shows quickness to hands and comfort working to the middle and pull side parts of the field. Good student.
