Tate Musko is a 2024 LHP/1B, OF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Uniontown, PA who attends Uniontown Area. Stronger physical frame. Ran a 7.74 60-yard dash. Primary left handed pitcher with drop and drive mechanics and a three-quarter arm slot. Low 80's fastballs, an 11-5 shape curve when he's able to stay on top of the baseball and a developing change that he slows the arm speed down on. Stays closed and repeats the mechanics, throws competitive strikes. Also worked out at first base, fields out front with a clean funnel to the waist, some feel and rhythm getting off the bag with above average arm strength and accurate throws around the diamond. Left-handed hitter hit from an open stance with leg lift timing. Level path through the zone getting on plane and consistently to the barrel showing some strength in the swing. Pull side pop when he gets the arms extended. Quality in sync swings when on time. Some two way ability here. Named to Pittsburgh Indoor Top Prospect List. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
