Carson Meister is a 2024 MIF/RHP with a 5-5 130 lb. frame from Canton, MI who attends . Medium, slender build with a lot of room to continue adding strength. 7.44 runner in the sixty-yard dash. Right-handed hitter, starts in a slightly open stance with the hands set beside the chest. Gets the barrel into good position during the load, stays compact and works to right-center consistently. He sprayed the ball in the round and as he gets stronger the power should continue to get better. Recorded an exit velocity of 71 mph. Primary middle infielder, athletic movements and natural actions shown throughout the workout. Gets to the spot early, good glove presentation, hands work well, clean funnel. Fluid arm action and accurate throws were shown throughout the round. Recorded throws across up to 75 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher, fastball got up to 74 mph with the ability to command it to both sides. Slider was a weapon throughout, showing tilt and horizontal break, getting tons of swings and misses from right-handed hitters. Excellent student.
