2022 Fall Northeast Showcase
Evan Kurtz is a 2023 SS/2B with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Croton-On-Hudson, NY who attends Croton-Harmon. Medium athletic build. 7.49 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, has mature actions and footwork working through the ball, arm works very well and gets nice carry on his throws, arm is a nice weapon and it would be interesting to see him on the mound. Left handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance with a toe tap trigger, well timed swing, best when he gets the barrel out front and works the middle of the field, has some barrel control. Good student. Named to the Fall Northeast Showcase Top Prospect List.
