2021 Fall East Coast Showcase
Ethan Flaugher is a 2024 C/RHP/MIF with a 5-7 170 lb. frame from North East, MD who attends North East. As a primary C, Flaugher was impressive behind the dish posting a 1.99 pop time with a quick repeatable transfer and the ability to gain ground towards second. He has tons of time to add strength and mature as a '24 prospect, further increasing his value as a defensive asset. From the IF, Flaugher flashed range up the middle with smooth glove work and sound mechanics. These mechanics translated on the mound, where he ran it up to 79 mph with a breaking ball showing gradual depth for strikes consistently. At the plate, Flaugher started from a slightly open stance as a switch hitter with bat speed and balance from both sides. He produced an elevated stroke with clear juice to the middle of the field. Ran a 7.55 sixty yard dash. Named to Top Prospect List.
