Dasan Harris is a 2023 OF/LHP, 1B with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Parker, TX who attends Plano East. Ran a 6.87 60 yard dash. Toolsy player with great two-way potential. Solid run tool and has a lot of athleticism to his game. On the mound, slim frame with lots of projection left. Quick arm speed and comes from a low 3/4 arm slot. His delivery has solid extension and some deception to it. His fastball was up to 78 MPH and had some hop. He pairs it with a loopy curveball that was around 59. Smooth fielding actions in the outfield with good arm strength. Solid hands at first base as well. At the plate, has a whippy recoil swing. Shows good pullside power and has a bit of natural barrel loft. More power over hit tool presently. He was named to the Sunshine Texas 18u Top Prospects' List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
