2021 Lone Star Showcase
Luke Nohinek is a 2024 C/3B, MIF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Arlington, TX who attends Martin. Recorded a 7.34 second sixty yard dash time. Medium frame with a lean and athletic build, plenty of physical development remaining. Primary catcher with a high and side straddle set up, has quick and twitchy actions with present explosiveness out of the chute. Gains good ground towards the target, will improve as he stays low throughout the process. Secondary infielder with an extremely quick transfer and release, shows choppy feet and stiff/segmented actions at present. Right-handed hitter with a wide stance and an even hand and low back elbow set, utilizes a lift and replace trigger. Rotational swing with a loose barrel on a lofted path, barrel tends to get lost in the back. Will improve impact potential with added strength and barrel control. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
