Will Fitzhugh is a 2027 3B/RHP/1B with a 6-2 210 lb. frame from Daphne, AL who attends Bayside Academy. A strong kid with a taller frame and some strength throughout the build. Longer levers throughout. Room to keep adding more strength. Ran an 8.00 60-yard dash. Primary corner infielder who worked out at shortstop with a higher slot release and a longer arm action. He showed a feel for the gather & exchange with patient footwork. He had the corner look with some feel to get the ball out with developing arm strength and accuracy across. Threw 79 mph across the diamond during his round of throws. Took BP as a right-handed hitter with an even base as he sets up. He had a longer stroke with extension at contact to show some lift and strength. He leveraged well a few times during the round with some loud swings working up the middle & pull-side. He showed some impact & thump off the barrel. Produced an 84 mph exit velocity during DK Testing. Took the mound as a right-handed pitcher with a squared start and some strength behind the arm swing. He had a small sidestep into a rhythmic delivery with a good tempo. He has a higher leg lift and coil, landing slightly closed with a clean arm stroke. He pitches from a higher three-quarters arm action, showing good angle to the fastball, working up to 81 mph on the pitch, with spin in the 2,100s. He showed an 11-5 shaped curveball in the upper-60s as well, with some feel to land it at times. Showed spin above 2,000 RPMs. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
