Aiden Skiles is a 2024 RHP/OF with a 6-5 175 lb. frame from Keller, TX who attends Fort Worth Christian. Long and lean athletic build with tons of projection remaining. Works from the stretch with a long and fluid arm action leading to a 3/4's arm slot, good direction and energy down the mound. Fastball worked up to 82 mph with nice running life at times, plenty more velocity in there as he gets stronger. Slider had some two-plane shape and late bite, especially down in the zone, showed more downer depth as he got into his pitch count, did a good job of landing his breaking ball for strikes. Also flashed a change up with some fading action. Competed well on the mound and challenged hitters with confidence. 7.45 runner in the sixty. Plays the outfield when not on the mound. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a pretty short swing for his size, swings hard and has some lift at the ball and flashed some pull side power when he squared it up. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
