Mark Brissey is a 2025 RHP/1B with a 6-3 225 lb. frame from Batesville, AR who attends Fayetteville. Big and strong athletic build. Works from a high leg raise delivery, gets turned and closed over the rubber, gets on line well coming down the mound. Fastball was consistently in the low 90's and topped out at 93 mph, fastball mostly straight with some ride up in the zone. Go to pitch was a big sweeping slurve type curveball with plenty of spin and big sweeping shape, up to 20" of horizontal life at times, can get flat and one-plane at times. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Arkansas

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
