Ty Parker is a 2024 3B/RHP/SS with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Garber, OK who attends Pioneer-Pleasant Vale. Lean young athletic build with some present strength and lots more to come. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow slightly open stance, long stride into contact, will get out front under his lower half at times, shows nice bat speed when connected and some pull side line drive jump, projects well as a hitter. 7.43 runner i n the sixty. Has good body control on the move and a quick release into his throws, nice arm strength for a 2024, arm works well. Also pitched, throws from a high 3/4's slot with a medium length arm action, stays on line well working down the mound. Fastball topped out at 83 mph, has nice arm side run to it and can get it to the glove side consistently as well. Curveball has good arm speed and power, gets nice 11/5 bite and landed the pitch in the zone consistently. Firm change up with some fade and sink to it. 3-pitch arsenal for strikes, has a chance on the mound as a two-way prospect. Named to the South Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
