Niko Michaelides is a 2024 C/OF with a 5-8 170 lb. frame from Southlake, TX who attends Trinity Christian Academy. Slightly compact frame with some strength now. Ran a 7.00 second 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, athletic setup and quick out of the crouch, gains good ground and maintains good posture through release, accurate and more quick than strong right now. Mobile enough for the outfield, clean funnels and quick release with arm strength that plays well. Right-handed hitter, short and athletic swing with some strength behind how he impacts it, stays a little flat through the zone but good results when he backspins the baseball with some leverage, quick hands and good strength as a whole. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
