Kelvin Lackey is a 2026 2B/RHP, OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Adelanto, CA who attends Oak Hills. Features a lean, athletic frame with room to add. On the hill he shows athleticism with a quick arm. Ball jumps out of his hand. He attacks hitters with a three-pitch mix that include fastball, curveball and slider. Fastball has arm side run and breaking balls have a slurve look with depth. On the infield he has good lateral movements with a solid backhand and transfer. Arm strength was present with an accurate arm throwing from multiple different angles. At the plate he has a medium base that's slightly open. Quick hands with good barrel control and the ability to get extension. He stays on a level plane and consistently found the barrel. He is a good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
