Connor Carmichael is a 2024 C/RHP, 3B with a 6-0 200 lb. frame from Fulshear, TX who attends Jordan. He ran a 7.54 second sixty. A primary catcher with medium boxy frame. Behind the plate he is on his toes receiving the ball as he works out of the crouch ganging ground into his throws with average arm strength as he recorded a 2.03 second pop time. On the infield he plays the ball tall with early glove presentation getting the hands out front, the transfer is clean at the mid line with a long gather shuffling into the throws with average arm strength as he completed the plays with accurate throws. On the mound he is able to work down hill with the fastball at 74-77 mph with occasional arm side life, he was in the zone more consistently in the second inning doing a better job of repeating his delivery. Right-handed hitter, starts with an even base using a leg lift trigger to stay on time with the swing. The barrel played out front with a good bit of strength showing up at contact with the ability to leverage the ball including a long home run in game action. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
