Stephen Doty is a 2024 SS/RHP, 3B, MIF, OF with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Staten Island, NY who attends Tottenville. Medium, high waisted frame with strong looking lower half and room to physically mature. Recorded a 7.49 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary middle-infielder with some bounce in his steps. Displayed good lateral range to either side, a slightly deep funnel to field and produced online, accurate throws across the diamond. Recorded arm strength up to 78 mph during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from an slightly open, bent-knee stance with a high, tight hand set and high back elbow. Incorporates small hover trigger for timing and rotational lower half mechanics. Whole field approach with developing bat-to-ball skills, some strength in his hands and best impact through the middle-of-the field. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Excellent Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
