Brandon Stinson is a 2025 C/RHP with a 6-0 178 lb. frame from Chicago, IL who attends Kenwood Academy. Solid athletic build with some present strength and room for plenty more. 7.72 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, has a quiet set up behind the plate, receives the ball cleanly, very fast exchange and release, simple turn and throw footwork, has good arm strength for his age with more to come, has potential to really develop well on defense. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow stance with an early stride into contact, lean and lift swing approach with an uphill swing plane, swings hard, got the ball in the air consistently. Also pitched, short side step delivery with drop and drive mechanics, did a good job of throwing strikes with a mid-70's fastball. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
