Jake Holderfield is a 2026 SS/RHP with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Helena, AL who attends Helena. Holderfield ran a 7.78 Sixty Yard Dahs. Primary Middle infield with a long lengthy frame with some strength present throughout. Very clean actions in the infield with a quick first step to the ball. Clean funnel out in front with a quick glove to hand transfer. Straight over the top arm action with some accuracy and cary on the throws which peaked at 81mph. Right handed hitter with a wide set base and a higher leg lift trigger. The hands start slightly below the shoulder and rotate into slot at trigger. The path stays linear through the zone creating some length with quickness to the barrel and a pull-side approach. Jake is an excellent student in the classroom.
